We strive to offer only the best for our kids, uncompromising quality in everything we do, especially their nutrition and health. We offer a highly nutritious menu in line with the Health Canada Guide and Recommendations consisting of natural, unprocessed foods for snacks and meals.<\/p>\n<p>Our meals and snacks are homemade and prepared daily by our experienced nutritionist using different high quality meats, fish, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits and whole wheat ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Our Menus are different each week, depending on the season and the available fresh ingredients. No artificial coloring or sugars are permitted in our daycare, only natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Morning and afternoon snacks are provided as well as a freshly prepared hot lunch.
