Health is a big part of our mission. We strive to offer only the best for our kids, uncompromising quality in everything we do, especially their nutrition and health. We offer a highly nutritious menu in line with the Health Canada Guide and Recommendations consisting of natural, unprocessed foods for snacks and meals.
Our meals and snacks are homemade and prepared daily by our experienced nutritionist using different high quality meats, fish, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits and whole wheat ingredients.
Our Menus are different each week, depending on the season and the available fresh ingredients. No artificial coloring or sugars are permitted in our daycare, only natural ingredients.
Morning and afternoon snacks are provided as well as a freshly prepared hot lunch. We also tailor our menus to serve special diets, vegetarian meals and cater to children with specific food & dairy allergies.
